We’d like to introduce one of the newest members of the Unggoy Team, Trisha! Trisha was born and raised in Shell Rock, Iowa, moving to Charles City with her husband in 2004. Trisha has past career experience in the healthcare industry and a degree in Network Administration.
Outside of caring for her four (yes, four) adorable doggies, Trisha enjoys reading and loves to go boating and fishing with her husband. She is a self-proclaimed infomercial geek and admits that she’s quickly becoming the crazy dog lady.
Trisha joins the Unggoy team as a Customer Care Coordinator. Her position was added to enhance the experience of current and prospective customers. The rapid growth of the business and recently extended hours of operation required another ambassador to be the voice of the Unggoy customers. You may have noticed the new “Live Chat” feature on our website – if you’ve utilized the service, you just might have been chatting with Trisha! She handles some administrative tasks driving resolution for customer requests and handles inbound calls, chats, emails and visits regarding sales and customer service. Ultimately, Trisha thrives in a proactive role driving solutions for our customers.
When asked why she enjoys being a part of the Unggoy team, Trisha said that she loves how Unggoy works with its customers - “They work with everyone as if they are part of their own family!”, and ironically, Trisha’s favorite color is orange!
