Customer Portal
To access your customer portal, Look for this icon at the top of the screen, on UnggoyBroadband.com
When you click on that icon, you will be redirected to your log-in screen.
First time users will need to register by clicking the 'Green' Button
Enter the email address that we have on file for you. (If you have not yet given that to us, give us a call at 800-850-7481 and we can help you complete this process). If you do not receive your email link within 15 minutes, please give us a call.
My Details allows you to edit the information we have on file for you, or change your portal password.
Once you are in your portal you can do several things:
Credit Cards and Bank Accounts allows you to add any type of payment method you would like. PayPal is also available.
Support Tickets tab allows you to communicate with our staff if you have billing or technical questions!
