Troubleshooting

if you experience problems with your internet, here are a few tips that may help. 

To reach tech support call: 800-850-7481

Step 1 - Locate the 'POE' or power inserter for your antenna.  It should look something like this:

                             Click on the image that represents your Device

Step 2 -Verify all the cables are connected correctly (click on the above image that corresponds to your POE to get proper cable connections)

Step 3-Unplug the 'POE' device (pictured above)  from power for 5-10 seconds and plug back in.  

Step 4- Locate your wireless router (connected to your POE) and power it off for 5-10 seconds, and turn back on.  Make sure the light is solid on the POE.  

*Tip* check multiple devices for connectivity to make sure the issue isn't isolated to a specific computer or device. 

After powering back on, if the internet connection does not return within 15 minutes proceed to step 5 or give us a call at 800-850-7481

Step 5- Try bypassing your router to a laptop or computer (if available) to see if the internet works while directly connected.  This ensures that the router did not stop passing traffic for some reason.  (see image below)
