How does your service work?

Unggoy Broadband uses the latest in wireless technology to beam you internet over the air using fixed wireless antennas. We broadcast signal from towers all over! Cell Towers, Radio Towers, & Tall Buildings are just some of the places we beam you signal from, to name a few.

What equipment is involved or required?

Unggoy professionally installs a fixed wireless antenna at your location to which can be connected to a wi-fi-enabled modem. This modem transmits an industry-standard "Wi-Fi" signal that can be seen by your Wi-Fi capable PC's, notebook, tablets, phones, BluRay™ Player, DVD or television programming boxes, XBox™, PS3™, or other gaming systems. In short, any device you own or operate that can utilize a Wi-Fi signal. The modem also allows a direct wired Ethernet connection. You may choose to connect your PC or your own network router (wired or wireless) with this connection option.

What are your actual speeds?

Unggoy Broadband is committed to providing you the speeds you pay for. We advertise our speeds as "up-to" because there may be cases when your speed may slow during inclement weather, or occasional limited environmental factors. However, even during these events, your usual connection will not be lost. During normal conditions you should almost always enjoy download speeds above what you pay for, thanks to MonkeyBurst™.

Okay, so what is MonkeyBurst™?

MonkeyBurst™ is a revolutionary feature built into the Unggoy service. It automatically increases the speeds of your service anywhere from 1-3 Mbps during file download and video streaming services such as Netflix™ and Hulu™. MonkeyBurst™ can occur at any time depending upon our overall network load and is not restricted to certain late night hours like other internet service providers. Think of it as a "little extra" that makes a big difference in the way you receive your internet service.

You say your prices are lower, but your competitor currently has a lower price, why?

Is there an installation fee?

The installation fee is waived with both residential equipment lease options. 

Is there a contract?

No, our service is "pay-as-you-go" based upon the service plan of choice.

Automatic payments can be set up utilizing a credit or debit card on file; these payments will be processed on the bill due date. You are also able to
