Unggoy Broadband Acquires Midwest Supernet of Waterloo
Unggoy Broadband, Northeast Iowa’s newest choice for rural Internet and phone service, announced Monday they have acquired Midwest Supernet of Waterloo, Iowa effective November 2, 2015. The acquisition comes shortly after Unggoy’s most recent coverage expansion in the Waterloo and Cedar Falls areas.
Unggoy Broadband is a locally owned and operated wireless Internet service provider based in Charles City, Iowa currently employing a staff of 13. The company is no stranger to the acquisition process, acquiring their first business, Slingo Internet of Denver this past September. Successful transition of the acquired customers is paramount for the Unggoy team and efforts are focused on making the process as seamless and hassle-free as possible.
