After a fun and beautiful holiday weekend, we are back to work and excited about all the new projects that we are working on.
We have new and upgraded equipment to add to many of our towers and for many of the others there will be an increase in bandwidth that collectively improve the speeds for the entire network. We wanted to take a moment to check in with you all again regarding the completion of upgrades to our towers. We began tests and are still in the beginning stages of upgrading. We’ve had a few setbacks along the way, but wanted to ensure you that we are moving forward with the upgrades and are actively working to get them completed. Our technicians will be out at the tower sites on Thursday, Sept. 7th. You may see a slight disruption of service throughout the day. If you experience outages for over 30 minutes at any time, please notify us. We will keep you all updated as we progress further.
Our portal has also been updated this week! Our customer portal now allows you to make eCheck payments on your account. Previously, credit card and PayPal were the only available options. We hope to continue to add helpful features. We are always happy to hear your suggestions as well. Don't forget to follow us on Facebook for up-to-date progress reports and notices.
